Resource Management for STAEDEAN Industrial Equipment Manufacturing

Resource Management (RM) is part of the Industrial Equipment Manufacturing solution and an extension of Project Control Suite. (Industrial Equipment Manufacturing - Extended)
RM adds value to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Resource module to help project managers, planners and sales people by creating up to date visibility on the project based on the following features:
Resource Task:
  • Resource Task is a common entity to plan resources for Projects, Service, Assembly, Production and Absence.
  • Assign resources, or resource groups, to the task for a detailed view on availability and workload.
  • Start / Stop functionality with automatic registration in the timesheet.
  • Set Recurrence patterns per resource task with the options to suspend the pattern for a specific period.
  • Future Absence registration to complete the availability view.
Time Registration:
  • Simplified time registration through the resource task, one process instead of a process per source.
  • Refresh feature to automatically add assigned resource tasks and recurrences to the time sheet.
  • Post on approval, or separate the posting function to a time sheet posting worksheet.
  • Time Input Line worksheet will also process imported entries from external time capture systems.
